Eligibility

For Teach For India, Gandhi and other Fellows/Alumni

  • 1-2 years of fellowship
  • 2 years of work post fellowship
  • Experience of managing multiple stakeholders and collaborating with diverse teams
  • Ability and flexibility to travel for 15 days in a month
  • Bachelor's degree from a recognized university
  • Masters and experience of working in an Ed Tech Organization is an added advantage

For Educators

  • 2 years of teaching/training experience
  • 4 years of overall work experience
  • Experience of working with schools in any capacity mandatory
  • Experience of managing multiple stakeholders and collaborating with diverse teams
  • Ability and flexibility to travel for 15 days in a month
  • Bachelor's degree from a recognized university
  • Masters and experience of working in an Ed Tech Organization is an added advantage

  • Build capacity by training and coaching School leaders, Academic coordinators and teachers in LEAD partner schools
  • Visibly showcase student and teacher performance through reports and events

  • Work closely with stakeholders in partner schools

  • Collaborate with other functions in the organisation to effectively solve problems that hamper partner school experience with LEAD
