Eligibility

Principals/Vice-Principals

  • 5+ years of teaching experience
  • 2+ years of managing teams in a school
  • Ability and flexibility to travel for 15 days in a month
  • Bachelor's degree from a recognized university
  • Masters and experience of working in a corporate/ or other sectors is an added advantage

  • Support and monitor LEAD School academic system execution in partner schools
  • Build capacity by training and coaching School leaders, Academic coordinators and teachers in LEAD partner schools
  • Visibly showcase student and teacher performance through reports and events

  • Build strong relationships with School owners, Principals, Academic coordinators and teachers.
  • Work closely with stakeholders in partner schools

  • Collaborate across different functions to ensure seamless implementation of the program
  • Be a champion of your schools with internal teams. Share insights with the teams to improve the efficacy of the product for all schools.
