Darul Fatheh Public School established in 1994, is affiliated with the Central Board of Secondary Education, New Delhi, and has classes from L.K.G. to X. . The school is managed by Darul Fatheh Islamic Complex (Regd), Kunnam, Muthalakodam.PO, Thdoupuzha, Idukki, Kerala, has a number of educational and charitable institutions under its fold. The school offers a unique spectrum of curricular, co-curricular, and extracurricular activities. The Institution strictly follows the curriculum prescribed by the CBSE. The medium of instruction as well as of communication is English. Malayalam, Hindi, and Computer education are also being taught. The school is the students' second home. Rules and regulations are not against the students but essential to mold and shape their personality. Our cardinal principle and lofty ideas are to develop the all-around personality of each and every student of the society irrespective of religion, caste, and creed. The school aims at the holistic development of the personality of its children in an atmosphere of Islamic culture and tradition with special emphasis on the philosophy of Sunnath Jamaath. Admission to school is open to children above the age of five, irrespective of religion, cast or creed. Children below 5 years are admitted to KG section. The curriculum and the teaching-learning strategy will therefore recognize that student have different learning needs.
