JBEMS was established in the year 1996. The school was started to provide a high-quality academic program and to develop an all-around personality in each of its pupils by imparting an education that promotes intellectual, physical, moral, social, and cultural development It is open to all irrespective of caste, creed, sex or social status. The medium of instruction and communication within the school premises is English. The school follows the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) Syllabus and prepares the students for the All India Secondary School Certificate Examination. The administration of the school is run by the Junior Baselios Trust which is an educational & charitable trust. Founder Trustee and Chairman of the trust Mr. Siju K Isaac is the Manager of the school. Mrs.Lissamma Joseph,MA, M.Ed ,M. Phil is the Principal and Mrs.Ambili C J, B.Sc, B.Ed is the Vice Principal of the school. We have several experienced, qualified, and devoted teachers. The school gives fees concession to the deserving students (50% monthly tuition fees concession to handicapped, children of widows & divorced parents, etc). Besides, gives concession to talented but poor students. The majority of the students are commoners and the school gives admission without any additional interview or donation to all those who can follow C.B.S.E.syllabus; irrespective of religion & finance. Students are helped to develop respect for their own and other cultural and religious traditions. They are encouraged to discuss their values and grow as cooperative and contributing citizens and inculcate the spirit of national integration in them. Sports and extracurricular activities offer a variety of experiences to discuss interest and to develop individual capabilities and physical fitness. Students are provided with enough opportunities to develop their creative talents as envisaged in National Education Policy. It includes Physical, Fine arts, Club activities, cultural courses, etc. In addition to the above mentioned, we have a well-trained school band and school choir. All the students from Std I to X shall be exposed to computers. The school provides a library facility, a Smart class, and well-equipped Labs for Information Tech, Science, and Maths. The students will be assessed on their scholastic and co-scholastic performance. Every year, the school conducts at least one separate counseling class for children, parents, and teachers. The school conducts educational exhibitions and tours to enhance the practical knowledge of the students. The school has 3.32 acres of land (School functions in 2.12-acre single plot and 1.2 acres distant (500 meters.) land- 35 years leased property). Full-fledged three-storied 13500 sq. ft building, 4337sq.mtrs ample playground. The building, toilet, and sanitary facilities are as per the C.B.S.E norms.
