SHIKSHA Matriculation Higher Secondary School is a co-educational school with classes from Pre-KG to XII std recognized by the Government of Tamil Nadu following Samacheer Syllabus with English as the medium of instruction. It was started on 11th June 1992 and was taken over by the New Management under the leadership of Mr.N.RANJIT, B.Tech.(I), M.B.A.(IIM), in 2005. Now it is ably managed by Mrs. R.KANCHANA, M.Sc., M.Phil. The Management is supported by an experienced Principal and a team of highly qualified dedicated and devoted teachers who are committed to molding the children for their future endeavors. The School extends over a total area of 3 acres,45000 square feet of built-up area with vast vacant land which provides ample space for playground. The classrooms are spacious and well ventilated. Theme-based colorful classrooms for KinderGarten. Well-stalked Library, Smart Classrooms, Communication Lab, and High Tech Labs. The School continues to add on to its existing facilities.

A very fantastic school in Hasthinapuram. It's a good platform for both teachers and students to flourish. Good infrastructure Best guidance and support from management side. I'm proud to be one among this family.
Good Correspondent. Efficient Principal. Energetic and hardworking teachers. Main focus is given for Academics. Along with that lots of sports and cultural events are conducted to enhance the overall development of students. Hindi language is taught from class 3 onwards. Students need not go for seperate hindi classes. This saves lot of time, effort and energy of parents.Spacious campus and class rooms. Skating, Karathe, silambattam etc are all taught in the school itself.
The school is providing good infrastructure for the students. All classrooms have audio- visual with Smart Boards. All students are giving chance to participate in programmes . All round development encouraged in the school.
Very good school in and around Hasthinpuram. Gives importance for academics and extra curricular activities. Unity among the teachers helps the students to shine
