He is also a firm believer in concepts, rather than marks. He shares his satisfaction with LEAD’s concept-based approach in helping Vihan understand subjects better. This way he thinks students are not just able to understand better but also able to explain concepts to others. This he thinks is the main differentiating factor in LEAD Powered Schools.

We decided to choose LEAD when the lockdown was announced. It was a blessing in disguise. We were completely in the dark and could not have started online school without LEAD’s help. We chose this at the right time and are happy to see the progress being made. The pandemic would have resulted in serious consequences if we had not made this decision in March 2020.
Children find the online classes fun too. We were initially worried but LEAD’s changes have been accepted well by both students and parents. The pandemic has changed the way schooling works and it is time for us to accept these changes and give it our best. I am happy that my teachers and students get world-class resources and opportunities.
Sharing knowledge with children and watching them grow is my passion and it fuels me to be a better teacher daily! LEAD has provided all the teachers in our school some amazing resources. I love the audio-visual resources available on the teacher tab. Can you believe, we have 100% attendance even during online classes. Every teacher attends trainings and workshops so that teaching and learning are equally enjoyable.
The best part about LEAD’s unique curriculum is the ELGA classes. ELGA is English Language and General Awareness. For the first time ever, English is being taught to children based on their skill rather than as a mere subject. This has helped our students become confident English learners and are able to apply this strong foundation across other subjects too! I find this method very revolutionary and extremely effective.
When the pandemic broke out and a lockdown was announced, we were really caught unawares. Suddenly schools shut down and our son was at home the whole day. Not only did his learning stop, we weren’t sure how to keep him engaged all day either. In less than a week, his school went fully online. Classes were conducted as per the timetable. He even had homework, weekly assignments and assessments! It has been a phenomenal experience with LEAD and we are don’t mind it being online or offline. We have become a part of his education and this in the best part.
My daughter got an opportunity to participate in a National-level competition. She won the storytelling contest and nothing can make us prouder. When she speaks flawlessly in English, it brings tears to my eyes. This could not have been possible without LEAD’s ELGA program. Not only English, all subjects are taught keeping the real world application in mind. I am confident that my daughter has a bright future and her knowledge and skills will take her places. I am proud to be Ananya’s mother.
My daughter has been participating in national level competitions and at such a young age she is so confident. I admire the way her teachers and principal have been encouraging students to go out of their comfort zone and try new things. These are the skills that will really help her shine in the future and I am proud to be a part of this process. She keeps asking questions and never gets tired!
My two young children study in LEAD’s Mangaon branch. In the remote region, to have a school that provides excellent education was surprising for parents. When LEAD began, the teachers explained to us their future plans. They kept their word and built the school uptil higher grades. We also are proud of the way LEAD teaches English using its ELGA curriculum.
All the training for our teachers and staff happened very smoothly. The online sessions could have never happend without LEAD. Live classes and Ask doubts are excellent features on the learning App. 2020 was a very challenging year and thanks to LEAD we have been able to minimise learning loss. Attendance is always a problem and thanks to hybrid learning we have been able to provide high-quality, seamless education both online and offline.
I have worked in academics for over 20 years. I have always seen only traditional and rote learning. But after LEAD came in, students have started learning using a multimodal approach. There are so many interesting resources and tools that teachers can use to teach both online and offline. The online learning App is doing wonders and parents have become more involved in their child’s learning process.
Initially we thought the pandemic would last only for 2-3 months but this wasn’t the case! LEAD however, helped us prepare for both online and offline classes. They arranged many webinars to guide us and train the teachers. Parents refused to pay fees during the lockdown but LEAD showed us a way and helped us recover more fees as well. They have been our academic and administrative partner for more than a year now and I cannot imagine running the school without LEAD’s support.
We are shocked to see the impact LEAD has had on our students and parents. Parents refuse to shift their children to another school or branch, if the school is not associated with LEAD. They are able to see a drastic change in their child’s overall performance, especially English. As a correspondent, I am also able to see that students are a lot more engaged and confident, even during online classes.
