Teaching online is 95% as effective as in-class teaching according to a survey conducted by LEAD across its 2,000 partner schools. When students attend classes regularly, ask questions and submit assignments on time, teachers can also measure their students’ understanding and plan remedies accordingly.
At LEAD we are constantly trying to empower more teachers by providing them all the resources they need to conduct an effective and engaging online class. They get a fully-loaded tab with lesson plans and audiovisual resources. Teachers also get worksheets, assessments and ideas on how to make each topic more fun and engaging.
Monthly webinars are conducted for teachers in our partner schools to network and learn from other teachers and principals.
