The integrated system of education, a new dawn!

When Wikipedia launched in 2001, nobody would have prophesied it would have the power to topple Encyclopedia Britannica; this was a feat that took close to 11 years to achieve. ‘Disruptors’ don’t bring about a revolution after a month of being publicly available; it takes years, and sometimes decades, to take hold and change the course of businesses for good.

That said, online education has been long present in the ecosystem but it finally has outshined the traditional mode of learning. According to a report by KPMG, the Online Education market in India was worth $ 247 million in 2016, which is expected to grow by about $ 1.96 billion by 2021. The report further narrates the future of online education in India where gamification is said to drive user engagement and increase knowledge acquisition and offline players will broaden their online components to provide better and enhanced learning experiences.

Further to support undisrupted learning at this critical moment, an integrated system of education stormed the Indian education space where synchronous and asynchronous approaches of instruction clubbed with multiple online learning software and tools, made things easier, convenient, and result-oriented.

Not only will this shift help students from getting their education disrupted but will also help propel the quality of their learning curve.

Where online education did bring some uncertainty and doubts with it, an integrated system of education took care of those qualms well.

Also, since the government’s outlook changed towards the redundant education system of the country, schools nationally must deploy a system that is in line with the New Education Policy 2020.

Through an integrated system of education, students have access to a contemporary curriculum, well-trained teachers, engaging ways of learning, experiential mode of education, and most importantly hybrid learning. Integrated System of education also renders online/offline mode of education where education never gets disrupted irrespective of any mayhem. This platform has also empowered teachers as they now have access to a large pool of resources and knowledge material from where they can make their teaching methodologies better and their understanding of the subject sharp. An integrated system of education pierces through the challenges that befall parents, students, teachers, principals, or even school.

An integrated system of education offers a slew of benefits:

  •  It has necessary lesson plans and a digital device loaded with a detailed and comprehensive lesson plan ensures high quality of implementation of the curriculum. Students take more interest in their classes if teachers have a plan and have world-class skills to impart lessons.
  •  It has an in-built meticulously crafted curriculum that makes education fun and students are seen participating in class activities more than before. Using pictorial and abstract methods of teaching, inculcating the learn-by-doing approach, devising quizzes, and fun activities as a part of their curriculum makes this platform relevant for the current times.
  •  Be it checking their ward’s performance daily or keeping a track of their classwork, parents can now keep a tab on how their kid is progressing in class.
  •  The platform understands that every child’s learning curve is different and that’s why it helps teachers identify the lags in children’s performance and sort it out on time.
LEAD School- a disruptive integrated system

An integrated system of education aims to make a difference to a child’s learning experience, lets them move at their own pace, and only jump ahead once they’ve mastered a skill. The fear of poor-quality online teaching and the hesitation on the part of teachers to use technology for teaching is easily taken care of by the LEAD School.

Every LEAD School teacher is equipped with a teacher tablet, that is loaded with lesson plans, audiovisual resources, and training resources. The Excellence Managers at LEAD School coach and guide teachers throughout the year to develop their skills and upgrade themselves.

LEAD School further eases the teaching journey of teachers by enabling them with the necessary tools which not only make them excellent teachers but also leave students highly engaged. School Owners also get empowered with requisite tools which enable them to track in-time monitoring of all students and achieve guaranteed results.
