• Academic Structure: 

  NEP guides the transition from the old 10+2 structure to the new 5+3+3+4 structure. Accordingly, LEAD aligns its educational approach with this progressive model.

• ECCE & FLN: 

  LEAD instils robust language acquisition starting from the early pre-primary stages through the English Language and General Awareness (ELGA) and Sampoorna Hindi programs. Within the classroom, it embraces activity-centred learning to enhance the understanding of intricate subjects like Mathematics. Through ample practice and context-based questions, LEAD reinforces the solidity of concepts.

• Pedagogy: 

  NEP has recommended experiential learning at all stages, along with a few inclusions in the pedagogy. At LEAD, it is implemented through an integrated curriculum involving arts and activities (games/sports) in primary and middle school. Additionally, LEAD has included Data Science and Python in middle school as a foundation for AI and Machine Learning.

• Assessments: 

  At LEAD, assessments are designed to address learning outcomes and competencies. Through continuous remedial and doubt-solving sessions, teachers gain insight into students’ difficulties and provide assistance in overcoming these obstacles.

• Teacher Empowerment:
